Overview
One of the easiest dessert ever to prepare and very tasty as well as healthy thanks to the figs (antioxydant, digestion), the cinnamon (energy, blood circulation, anti-diabetes) and honey (antioxydant, antibacterial and lower glycemic index than sugar). You can serve vanilla or cinnamon ice cream (regular or dairy free / vegan), plain coconut milk or regular yoghurt (dairy) or even roasted nuts

Prepare compoteCut 9 fresh figs in quarters. Melt 1 TBSP Ghee (or butter) in a saucepan. Add the figs, 1 TBSP honey and ½ tsp cinnamon |

Cook compoteLet cook over low heat for 10 minutes, mixing delicately from time to time, then let cool |
