One of the easiest dessert ever to prepare and very tasty as well as healthy thanks to the figs (antioxydant, digestion), the cinnamon (energy, blood circulation, anti-diabetes) and honey (antioxydant, antibacterial and lower glycemic index than sugar). You can serve vanilla or cinnamon ice cream (regular or dairy free / vegan), plain coconut milk or regular yoghurt (dairy) or even roasted nuts

Prepare compote

Cut 9 fresh figs in quarters. Melt 1 TBSP Ghee (or butter) in a saucepan. Add the figs, 1 TBSP honey and ½ tsp cinnamon

Cook compote

Let cook over low heat for 10 minutes, mixing delicately from time to time, then let cool

To serve

Put the figs in individual bowls. As an option you can add a spoon vanilla or cinnamon ice cream (regular or dairy free), plain coconut milk or regular yoghurt or roasted nuts
