A nice summer feeling with this dessert. Very easy to prepare and what a treat, the flavours are really mixing very well. Did you know that pistachios are really healthy and help reducing the bad cholesterol?

Pre-heat ovenPre-heat oven to hot air (fan) 180C |

Prepare pistachiosIn a small pan put 3 TBSP unsalted pistachios to grill for 5 minutes over medium heat |

Prepare nectarinesCut 5 nectarines in halves and display them next to one another in a large oven-safe dish. Add 1 tsp liquid honey and ½ tsp ghee (or butter) on each nectarine half. Pour 4 TBSP water around the nectarines in the dish |

Bake nectarinesPlace the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Leave the dish in the oven with the door slightly open until serving |
